Large Groups

The Gathering was designed for larger groups to get together in the shooting lodge facilities, while having the privacy and comfort of discreet lodgings for different families or group members. The farm is ideal for outdoor fun and activity, with immediate access to open moorland, streams and waterfalls, rocky crags, even caving systems.

All generations are catered for – with some ensuite rooms in the refurbished lodge, through to more exciting and romantic canvas lodges loved by children and adults alike. From family reunions and gatherings of friends to weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate retreats all rate us 5*. Wordtheatre’s International Writer’s Retreat from Los Angeles has used us for 6 years, and Yoga retreats begin in 2017.

We provide as much or as little as you wish, from accommodation only, to fully catered, organised activity stays working with our local partners.

Situated in the middle of the country, less than an hour from Manchester airport and with rail connections from London via Manchester or Sheffield in 3.5 hours, The Gathering at Edale is easily accessible to business both nationwide and internationally. We can accommodate up to 34 if all are shared.
